Our client wanted to ensure that the electrical work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The project was completed within the allocated time frame, which enabled the business to open on time. The electrical works were carried out with minimum disruption to the critical contractors on site.
The electrical fit out of these Taco Bell stores needs to be completed to a high standard, which we are renowned for. Encompassing requirement for an efficient and robust electrical installation. This includes building purpose-built distribution boards for power, lighting, switches, and sockets across the store, with additional provision for cooking equipment and CCTV.
The building used to be occupied by a travel agent in the heart of the high street. The site had become derelict with the current electrical supply not fit for purpose for its new intended use.
To ensure the client got the best use out of their new electrical installation, and having worked for this client in the past we knew the expectations that were put upon us, however, we still ensured we scheduled multiple site visits and kept an open line of communication with the client. On arrival, our electrical team undertook a thorough diagnosis and understood the requirements for the new store.
A purpose built distribution board was commissioned by our specialists.
External signage was installed, which we provide the power supply for.
Internal lighting was installed for the front counter as well as providing power supply for the till systems.
Majority of the stores we work on request us to provide power for an immersion heater.
We also installed lighting panels in the kitchen as well as fire alarm components such as sounders.
The project was a collaborative effort with multiple contractors, who were all working on different phases.
High level of detail and execution went into the board to ensure a clean and professional job.
Our team worked with the client to custom design and build a new distribution board. The distribution board was constructed and all internal lighting was installed as well as fire alarm and emergency lighting. We also provided outlets for external signs to go up, along with outlets for the alarm system to be put in place. The clients requirements were met and installed professionally. The client was happy with the end result.
